I have not done any woodworking since my knee replacement surgery last year. The knee is doing great, so today I started a very simple project building a cutting board. I just got done gluing it up.
It is a messy project, lots of glue, but eventually will end up in the kitchen. I am getting older, but I can still do some stuff in the shop. Not like I used to do, but enough to be able to build some things.
My shop is just my garage. It is pretty cold out there in the Winter, but we are getting into Spring like weather. I am looking forward to building an obelisk out of Redwood for the garden. I am sure Carol can grow something good up that.
I will let you know what the finished cutting board project looks like. Slow but steady is the way. Hopefully, it all works.
